Candy cupcakes

One of my fave cake shops in London is Candycakes, their cupcakes are the size of muffins with the yummiest coating of icing on it. My favorite flavours are Toffee & banana and Blackberry with yogurt, but you can get very different flavours like Popcorn burst,Lemon poppyseed, Jaffa cake and Lemon Cherry.

Fashion Icon- Carolina Herrera

I have a few people in fashion who I adore and one of them is Carolina Herrera for her personal style (she has been voted one of the best dressed women in the world over a number of years ) and as a fashion designer whose fashion house includes a signature fashion collection, a bridal collection and fragrances and accessories including an eyewear range.

The 3 Sidekicks - Leggings Jeggings and Treggings

These three different yet similar items of clothing have become an essential part of my wardrobe due to the comfort and versitility that they provide. Being curvy I tend to wear mine with long line tops or short dresses as these flatter my bodyshape and height. I also find them very comfortable to wear when travelling. Even thou they come in differnt fabrics and colours I tend to stick to black,denim blue and grey, I have some chocolate coloured ones but find them hard to wear due to the colour. My onestop shop for all things "ggings" is Evans as I find the fit and quality better than other high street stores that cater for the plus size market.

These Shoes Are Made For Walking

I cannot imagine my shoe closet without flats as they are an essential part of my wardrobe. I find them more comfortable as I'm always running around from place to place, also being 5'10 heels make me taller and to be honest I never learnt how to walk in heels, strange I know. Flats are always on trend and get even more stylish every season, so i think i'll be sticking to flats for a while.

New Movie Must See- Valentines Day

I can not wait to see this Romantic Comedy when its released next year as it has just about everyone in it Bradley Cooper, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Alba, Ashton Kutcher, Julia Roberts, Jessica Biel, Jennifer Garner Taylor Lautner and loads more, basically there is someone in this movie that you are bound to like. Its due for release 12th Feb 2010 just in time for Valentines day. If you like this kind of movie def go see it.

SALE BONANZA - Part 1

Its that time of the year after christmas when all stores go into the end of season sale. Its a great oppourtunity for stores to clear out old season stock and allow room for the new season stock (I can't wait to see and buy new season fashion in the stores).
I think the easiet and most convient way to shop the sales is online as there is

• Less clutter to deal with
• You have hours to go through as many sites as possible from the comfort of your sofa
• You dont have to beat someone down with your shoes to get your hands on any bargains
• Online stores go into sale before the brick stores do

SATC 2- Get Carried Away

SATC has and will continue to be one of my favorite Tv shows and movie EVER. Its the modern womans guide to Fashion, Love, Sex, Friendship, Men and most important of all SHOES. So you can imagine my super excitement when I found out there was going to be a second movie. Major Man Crush- Henry Cavill

I'm having a major man crush on Henry Cavill who plays Charles in The Tudors. I have recently started watching the dvd boxsets of The Tudors and I am hooked. I have season 2 and 3 to watch over the christmas holidays and drool at the screen. So Dear Santa if you bring me a boyfriend this Christmas make sure he looks like Henry or your fat behind isnt allowed down my chimney.

New Season-New Bags

My fave time towards the end of the year is when we start seeing cruise collections in stores. Its a breath of fresh fashion air from all the sparkles and glitzy items in store for Christmas. From the new bags out at the moment these are my faves so far with the Lavin bag being my must have, I love the colour and shape and its a bag I can use with anything in my wardrobe.

Dorota- Gossip Girl's Hidden Gem

Being a huge fan of Gossip Girl believe it or not Dorota is one of my fave characters.I think over the seasons her character has become more crucial in certain story lines esp when she is there to pick up the pieces of Blairs Oueen B tantrums and help get "Miss Blair" as Dorota calls her out of trouble even if Blair wouldnt admit it herself. I think Blair and Dorotas characters have the funniest dialougues in the show. I hope they keep her character for as long as possible as I cant imagine Blair without her.
